In the vineyard there are set rules for a cleaner production: total exclusion of herbicides and desiccation (artificial drying), exclusion of chemical fertilizers and GMOs; and only manual harvesting is permitted.

Our work does not end in the vineyard but also continues in the cellar using only those yeasts indigenous to the grapes, excluding any vitamins, enzymes, bacteria, dyes, or concentrated wines. The wines remain unclarified in order to ensure the organic and natural equilibrium.

The still wines are bottled in our cantina on our specialist bottling line which ensures that the structure of the wine is not altered.
